A NOTE ON SEATING ARRANGEMENTS:

We recommend seating 6-8 guests at our 6'x2.5"ft, 8'x2.5ft" and 8'3'ft tables, 4-6 guests at our 4' round tables, 8-10 guests at our 5' round tables and 10-13 guests at our 6' round tables.

How It Works

  • Delivery and pickup service is available for an additional service fee. This service includes standard drop-off of rental items prior to your event and pickup following the event.

    Delivery and pickup cover placement of items at a single, accessible location. If your event requires on-site setup, styling, room flips, or breakdown beyond standard drop-off and pickup, please let us know. Setup services are quoted separately and require a custom service rate.

  • Our primary service area is Kitsap County.
    Out-of-county deliveries are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

    Delivery and pickup rates are determined by distance from our Bainbridge Island shop, along with access requirements and delivery timing.

  • Delivery is almost always scheduled one day prior to your event, with pickup occurring the day after. This timing allows for smooth logistics and proper care of rental inventory.

    Some venues have specific access windows or same-day requirements. If your venue has strict delivery or pickup timing, this must be communicated at the time of booking so we can confirm availability and adjust service fees if needed.
