    • Attendance at key vendor meetings, including venue walkthroughs and catering consultations

    • Guided ceremony rehearsal during the event week (up to 2 hours)

    • Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and guests on event day

    • Creation and management of a detailed event timeline

    • Direction of key moments and transitions such as ceremony flow, toasts, dances, and cake cutting

    • Remote and in-person consultations throughout the planning process

    • Assistance with additional event elements such as rehearsal dinners or welcome events

    • Determination and coordination of additional staffing needs 2–6 weeks prior to the event

  • Ideal for clients who have established a vision and key vendors but want professional support in the final stages and on the event day itself.

    Timeline creation includes:

    • A detailed, run-of-show timeline covering arrivals, setup, key moments, and transitions

    • Coordination of timing details based on venue access, vendor requirements, and event flow

    • One planning consultation to gather event details and priorities

    • One round of timeline revisions

    • A finalized, shareable document suitable for vendors and event participants
