  • Sam + Doug + Bainbridge Event Rentals to the rescue! I had <9 days to plan a birthday party for ~50 people and contacted BER to take some of the load. Even though it was short notice and they had other commitments the same weekend, they made it happen. We weren't trying to go over the top, but it was a huge help to have actual plates, cups, and flatware (that I didn't have to wash!) for guests to use and a tent, cocktail tables to keep them comfy in the rain. Given the short notice, some items were already reserved (dance floor!), but Sam worked with me to find alternatives (photobooth!). We added a heater the morning of and no problem. I didn't need extensive support because I have experience planning events. Sam catered her approach to my needs serving as a resource and sounding board without trying to upsell. Doug also made drop-off and pick-up super easy! From start to finish, everything was 5 stars!

  • Samantha at Bainbridge Event Rental was awesome throughout the whole process. She helped me figure out the right quantity of items we needed for our guest list size, and provided different options when one particular item was no longer available. Their flexible policy on changes to the order was really useful for us, particularly because limitations at the venue would have required us to have outdoor seating for dinner if we went above a certain RSVP number, and we were hovering right on the edge when we started planning. They were super communicative, delivered everything on time, and all in all were a great choice for us!
